Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials and fresh towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer are available for convenience. Tee times can be arranged separately at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses. Parking for up to one vehicle is available in the driveway. Located within the luxury gated community of Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this condo offers a quiet residential feel with easy access to green spaces, walkable paths, and a variety of on-site activities. The resort is secured by a 24-hour security guard, providing a safe environment. Beyond the resort's many restaurants, the surrounding area offers diverse dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and numerous water parks and entertainment venues. Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Check-out time is 10 am, and a fee of up to $300 may be incurred for late check-outs. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. This home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to one car may park in the driveway in front of the garage; commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in towing or fines. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. This is a self-catering home, meaning supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker, but coffee is not provided. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
