The living room also includes a sofa bed, and in-suite laundry machines and central air conditioning add to the convenience. On-site public parking is available underneath the building for $34/day with in & out access. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. Station Park is situated in the heart of Downtown Kitchener, offering easy access to an evolving downtown with incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities. It's conveniently located in the hub of the city's artistic and cultural core, with numerous events, festivals, museums, and galleries. There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. A $125 replacement fee will apply if the fob is not returned at the end of your stay.
