The open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly – ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or even working remotely. The living room is outfitted with a smart TV and high-speed internet throughout, while the dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation for those who need to catch up on work. Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony – the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, oven with stovetop, and microwave. With plenty of cupboard space for snacks and generous counter space for meal prep, you'll have everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay. The dining table seats four, perfect for meals or casual gatherings. The unit also includes in-suite laundry machines and on-site parking, making extended stays or quick getaways hassle-free. Building amenities include a gym and Peloton studio located on the third floor, an indoor lounge with foosball and billiards tables, and an outdoor BBQ and patio dining area. Secure on-site parking is available for a fee of $34 per day with in and out access. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. Within just a five-minute drive, you’ll have access to 92 retail shops, 57 restaurants, and 16 entertainment venues. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you’ll love the convenience, comfort, and community feel of Station Park. Centrally located with the ION right outside your doorstep and just steps away from all that Downtown Kitchener has to offer including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Close to the University of Waterloo, School of Pharmacy, Google, and GO Train, minutes away to the future transit hub. To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. The dryer is temporarily not working. Our team is working to fix this issue as soon as possible. Refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property. Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit. There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. The swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. The home is located in a new development, and construction is still ongoing in the neighborhood. Light noise disruptions may occur during the day. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $34 per day. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. Any unregistered vehicles found will be towed. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines. Check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation for those who need to catch up on work. A laptop computer is not included.
