Nice large yard, coin-op laundry in building .Small quiet complex, only 4 units per building. No pets. No smoking in or on the property. Rent is $1800.00 per month plus utilities ,natural gas heat and hot water. First month's rent and security deposit required. Three current pay stubs and copy of License is needed.
