Property Ratings at 15 Bank Apartments
15 bank made it so that we can't get someone to answer the phone when we call for maintance. We dont have working elevators consistently. Theres been construction for more than a year. The garage has constant problems with not letting people in or out.
15 Bank advertises itself as pet friendly but does not disclose that only one tower is actually fully pet friendly. Our leasing agent showed us an apartment in the North tower that he said was availaible to us but then afterwards told us we couldn't have it because it was above the 8th floor and we have pets (this is information we had already told him). Our pets are registered Emotional Support Animals and he told us that didn't matter (even though it is illegal to restrict housing for ESAs). I'm going to assume he just didn't know the laws around ESAs but it was still disconcerting. In addition to this, we were displeased that dogs are not allowed to be in the outdoor common spaces, including the lawn. We are looking for an apartment where when it's nice outside, we can be with our dogs (in somewhere besides the small dog park). Because of this, we are not interested in renting at 15 Bank. All that being said, if you don't have pets this seems like a nice place to live. It was clean and seemed well-managed, and the apartments were nice. I'm very dissapointed about their pet policies because otherwise I would have enjoyed living here.

While this building is marketed as a luxury property, the only true luxury here is the exceptional door staff. Unfortunately, there are recurring issues that detract from the experience. The lack of reliable hot water during winter has been a consistent problem. Despite maintenance efforts, the issue often reoccurs within a week, and management has provided little explanation or resolution. Last year, they mentioned replacing the boilers, but the same problem persists this winter, with no apology for the inconvenience. Additionally, the plumbing is subpar, with outdated faucets and appliances that don’t match the building’s “luxury” branding. Overall, while the location and staff are great, the ongoing maintenance problems make it hard to justify the premium price.

It's such a great place to live. Even if there's no pool ( was one of the reasons we rented here) all the staff is so friendly and attentive.
This is an amazing building. The residents are friendly and the office staff is great. They promote a closeness among the residents. They are always warm and friendly. The entire staff is great. They are efficient and easy people to deal with. I am away now for 10 days and I have no worries about my mail or any packages that might come. I feel in safe hands
Professionally prepared and managed. All is as promised from the initial discussions. Move in was easy and apartment was very clean. Very quiet floor and room
Staff and experience are amazing, zero complaints. The pool not being available and starbucks machine out of order are disappointing. That said, there is no question that the management values making residents comfortable.

I love my community at 15/25 Bank St. the Management shows appreciation all the time by resident appreciation events and activities, dinners, parties, every day amenities for the residents. In addition to food trucks, make Fridays so delightful and cousins food truck on Thursdays with that delicious warm lobster bisque, and New England clam chowder is the best. And 15 Bank has the best Concierge in the whole of White Plains. They are all kind and knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and perfect at the job that they do

Very hardworking concierge staff and cleaning staff who always ensure that packages are well received, building is always clean. Only had issue with hot water supply seems to be not available on certain nights and hope this is fixed for good.

We enjoyed our stay here. We moved on due to a change in job location, otherwise would have continued our lease. The staff, especially the concierges, were excellent. Any issues we had were rapidly addressed. Perfect apartment for quick access to Metro North (50yds away!). I would highly recommend 15 Bank Apartments.

Ovweall 15 Bank Street is a great place to live. The staff and residents are very friendly. I'd love to live here forever. Administrative functions are a little slow, but hey we all have need for room improvement.

The front office team is so friendly and caring about the tenants who live here. I can't imagine wanting to live anyplace else. Its location is so convenient to public transportation, road access, shopping and good food all over the downtown White Plains area.

Good environment. Very familiar. People are nice in general. There are a few things to improve but it is a recommended place to live. And it is a pet friendly place, which adds more bright to the place.

I lived in many different apartments, and 15 Bank is by far my favorite! I love the community here and the amenities. Love socializing with neighbors in the BBQ area, lounge area on the first floor, and the playroom for the kids. Plus, all the staff here are very nice and professional.

Great apartment building with a great staff. Rarely have issues and if I do they are promptly addressed. Only downfall is the elevator to the LL seems to be out of service quite a but on the south side.

The Bozzuto rental team is always around 7 days a week to keep their tenants happy. They and the concierge staff, particularly David. Ni, and Nick, are super friendly and professional. And they never miss an opportunity to greet me whenever they are on duty!

Clean and friendly so far. Concierge was professional and helpful. Metro north is 5 mins walking distance. Nice restaurants nearby. Parking for guests are a little tricky but that’s white plains for you. All in all feels like a hotel with most amenities.

Best place to live in Whiteplains. All staff is super helpful and friendly. Location is amazing simply next to station, city center mall is at walkable distance. Bus station is just 2 mins walk away. Apartments are comfortable. You get various residents events celebrated here. Must recommended place.

Generally, I like living at 25 Bank. The front desk staff are helpful. The walkable proximity to the train station, Bronx River Parkway, and downtown White Plains is excellent. The garden and patio areas are lovely amenities. My 1BR unit’s bathroom, bedroom closet, & entryway closet are well-sized. 4 downsides: 1. A lot of noise. Unit sound insulation is poor—I hear everything that goes on in the hallway (e.g., dogs, the ding of the elevator). The bldg plumbing makes loud noises. There are often shriek-y beeping sounds in the lobby—unclear it’s an elevator/alarm system issue. 2. Unit appliances are older (e.g., washer doesn’t have detergent/softener compartments). 3. Community-use items are out of order for prolonged periods of time (e.g., gym water machine has been OOO for weeks). 4. The kitchen is cramped. I considered moving to another building but I like the building overall, and a move was going to be a hassle, so I renewed my lease for a 2nd year.

I'm quite pleased with how the building is maintained and how kind the staff here is. Overall, the building is excellent. I have not made enough use of the indoor pool and wish it was open 24/7.

Great so far, except for a loud, consistent noise that happens periodically. It sounds very similar to the noise of an air mattress being inflated

Always clean and smells great in main floor hallway. Staff is friendly and knows your name quickly. Great place to live and workspaces are great for at home work too.

Moved here earlier this month. So far it has been great. Nice building. The food trucks are awesome. Parking garage is easy to use and well lit. Clean lobby.

We love it here at 15 Bank. They have amazing staff who really try to get to know all the residents. They have fun events monthly and try to make you feel part of a community.

This is a really great building and community. We've renewed our lease twice because it's a really well maintained and beautiful place to live and the staff is excellent.

Just moved in here from other amenity building. Leasing office is superb, Concierge is friendly, amenities i love Apartment is great especially hardwood floors :D

15 Bank Apartments responds to maintenance issues quickly. The leasing office is available 7 days a week! The tenants are well taken care of and treated like GOLD!!

Best place to live ! Everyone is so sweet! There is a 24 hour bell man ! The amenities re great for families always clean and accessible ! There is a big lawn for all the kids to run and play together . Every Friday is food truck Friday ! Different food trucks come to the community I think it’s a A especially on days when you don’t want to cook! The best apt complex ever.
