The main bedroom has a Queen size platform with draws underneath. It can remain if the tenant likes. The kitchen island is also movable and extendable. 149 Clinton is a short walking distance to Fort Greene Park, downtown Brooklyn Shops, and some of the most charming and authentic local restaurants on main streets, Myrtle and Dekalb Avenues. There are also new attractions at the nearby Navy Yard, including a ferry stop, Russ and Daughters, and Wegmans grocery store. Two farmers markets, BAM, Pratt Institute and sculpture garden, City Point, Barclays Center, plus the newest Whole Foods and Apple store are all nearby. The closest subway stations are the Clinton/Washington G and C stops, and the B54, B69, B38 are also easily accessible with quick access to all the subways near downtown Brooklyn. There is also a ferry stop at the nearby Navy Yard with service to Manhattan in under 15 minutes. Cats are Allowed! (Sorry, no Dogs) 1 month brokers fee, 1 month’s rent, and 1 month’s security deposit all due at lease signing. The unit can also be rented fully furnished at $3,200 a month, all utilities included.
