Out of respect for the historic house and our neighbors, this is a non-smoking, pet free property. Open flames, including candles, are not permitted as this is a charming old house. A reduced-rent house manager arrangement may also be considered for the right person who is willing to take on agreed-upon household responsibilities. The amount of the rent reduction would depend on the duties accepted.
