The kitchens feature stainless steel and custom appliances, two 4-burner stoves, ovens and microwaves, refrigerators, freezers and dishwashers with pods provided, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders and essentials. Paper towels, Keurig pods, tea, and Brita are all complimentary. There is a large dining area on the main floor with island seating and bar stools, and an additional dining area in the basement living room. Enjoy free tea, water, and coffee. You're provided with a 2-car rear parking pad. Optional upgrades include a National Park Entry, Welcome Basket, Birthday Decor Package, Romantic - Wine & Flower Package, Spa at Home Package, Movie Night Upgrade, Christmas Tree & Decor, Halloween Decor & Pumpkin Carving Package, Winter Cozy Package, Beer Tasting Kit, Diffuser & Aroma Set, Additional Bedding & Sleeping Arrangements, Grocery Pre-Stocking Service, and Pet Friendly Package, subject to availability. Located in Glacier Ridge, a newly developed community with expanding pedestrian pathways, parks, and local amenities. While walkability is improving, some services may require a short drive. Calgary Transit operates several bus routes serving this home, providing convenient connections to key areas across the city. The community features planned bike lanes and multi-use pathways, ensuring safe and accessible cycling routes for residents. Guests are responsible for any additional third-party disposal charges. Follow parking guides provided, we are not liable for any fees/fines/towing. If smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit, a $250 CAD fine will be charged. There are strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music are allowed. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbors, bylaws, and basement tenants. Includes an office work area. [SI]
