I love my apartment, I am only leaving due to personal reasons. -2bd/2bth -1 bath in larger bedroom (15x11.5) -2nd bath in hallway -2nd bedroom (11.5 x 11.5) -new dual pane windows (great breeze) -1 carport (additional street parking, has not been an issue) -best landlord you will find (if something needs fixed, it is done immediately) -great floor plan -corner apartment (share only two walls with neighbor-I DO NOT HEAR NEIGHBORS) -unit on 2nd floor -TONS of closet space (3 large closets plus coat closet) -LOCATION (East Costa Mesa) best location ever...walking distance to Triangle Square, 17 St. where there are tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theater, bowling alley, etc., very close to 55 fwy MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND BE OK WITH A 2 YR.
