Outside the apartment, you can enjoy the large, fenced-in yard nearly year-round. Waste services, water utility fees and access to (3) three open & shared parking spaces are included in the rental lease fee. All other utilities, such as gas, electric and heating are not included. There is plenty of street parking available. This unit will be available August 1, 2026. The first month's rent and security deposit (equal to one-month's rent) will be required along with a signed lease agreement to secure the unit as your own. $30/mo additional fee for up to two cats. No dogs allowed on the property.
