Lease terms are flexible, with a six-month stay preferred but three-month options available. This is a single-occupancy unit designed for one person. Guests are welcome from time to time, but pets are not allowed as there are already pets on the property. A $75 cleaning fee applies, and the deposit is fully refundable (minus the cleaning fee) provided there are no damages. Refunds are processed within 48 hours, and a 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Street parking is plentiful, adding to the convenience of this quiet, move-in-ready home.
