Property Ratings at 146 Flaherty Ln
Our apartment is pretty good. For the most part, it is in a descent neighborhood, with the exception of a few party people, and a couple next door that don't agree with parking rules. We have lived here for 13 years in July of this year, and for the most part it's been a pleasurable experience. The kitchen is big, and the living room is very roomy. We converted the dining room into a 3rd bedroom when my father got sick and could no longer sleep in the same room with my mother. We had to park on the street for many years, and finally my mom got a parking spot. It's a challenge in the winter, but we always seem to make it through. The views are amazing, and sitting on our front porch gives us a perfect view of the annual fire works displays for Memorial Day and 4th of July. I'm not sure how much longer we'll be able to stay here though, because finances are getting more difficult. I have a slight learning disability that makes it hard for my brain to learn things for a job, plus my school subjects, so I decided to dedicate my time fully to my schooling, which means missing out on an additional paycheck. My mother is a cashier for Wal-Mart and does not make a lot of money, and our rent is nearly 800 a month, which doesn't include any of the utilities except water. We pay electric, heat, and cable, on top of her doctors expenses. She raised her hours at work, even though her legs are not the greatest, simply so we could pay the rent every month.
