The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 145 Front at City Square
I have had the best experience while living here and I am truly sad to have to leave for work reasons. The management personnel I often communicated with (Kate, Keagan & Ariel) were fantastic and always receptive! The golf simulator, the pool, the gym, the safe parking garage, & the short walk to the center of Worcester are massive highlights to this apartment complex. Also, every morning they had a Keurig with coffee out and ready for tenants to grab and go, what more could you ask for! I was also very fortunate in my room selection; my neighbours were quiet & respectful & in the summer my room was a comfortable temperature. Even on the hottest weeks my apartment remained mid 70s. 5 Stars; Would recommend to anyone & everyone.

I am a Ph.D. student and I live in a 2b2b apartment by myself. I choose my apartment because it's facing the pool and the garden, not the road or the railway. The officer who showed me the apartment made me believe it would be nice and quiet. At least, I think the expensive rent deserves a quiet sleeping environment. Besides, I am a patient with severe insomnia and depression. I give myself so much stress that I can't sleep until 3 am, sometimes 4 am even worse. Unluckily, you can hear everything from your neighbor, cleaners, and dogs in the early morning with my window closed, even on the weekend. Since my neighbor upstairs has their dog, my nightmare begins. One Saturday morning, at 8.30 am, children were running and chasing after the dog. I could feel the ceiling shaking. Dog's bark and children's laughing were so clear to hear, then I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. During the other time in the day, you can hear the steps or bark as well and the only thing you can do is getting used to the noise. On a specific day in the week, normally Thursday, people will do the gardening or clean the floor around 8 am. Unluckily again, I don't have a class or a meeting in the morning that day. I call the front desk to let them know how loud the mowing machine sounds and I just sleep for 4 hours. I hope maybe next time they can schedule the work in the afternoon or later in the morning like 10 am? The officer says: Sorry but the work will last the whole day, they can't schedule for a specific few hours... BTW if you sleep late like me, sometimes you can hear couples making "that sound", the bed shaking was so annoying at 2 am. I have lived in this community for one year and spent a lot of money. I couldn't be disappointed more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Our team is a bit discouraged to read about your concerns, but we definitely do appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We want to apologize for the issues that you have listed about noise levels. Let's talk about this in person either in our office or give us a call so that we may remedy this.
We love our apartment here and the amenities. What we don’t love is our AC being broken for a week plus during 90 degree weather, the garage gate being broken since we moved in months ago (waiting for a “part”), the grilles are always out of gas, fire places work on and off. We pay a lot of money to have these amenities and comfort of a home that we just do not get here. Very unfortunate!
A massive lack of proper service by staff at the concierge and leasing office with incredibly high employee turnover rates. Zero communication by staff, entirely disorganized, & put no emphasis on resident satisfaction. There’s nothing wrong with the apartments. However, the amenities are always broken or “waiting on a part”. Roseland Residential Trust dropped the ball on staffing and should review it immediately.
Few of things wrong with this place. The area around this place is super dangerous with a lot of drug dealers surrounding it. The management will be extra nice to you when signing the lease, but as soon as you are signed they could care less about you. I have been accused and charged for things I've not done!
I recently moved in and the staff -especially Ashley, Gabrielle, and Michael - went above and beyond in helping me with my move and helping me get settled in. The building is beautiful and spotless, and I am in awe of the amenities. I was able to cancel my gym membership since there is a full and brand new gym right on the first floor. I already feel like I’m at home!
