Lower BR has door accessing the rear of the property. Washer/Dryer included. Floors are separately zoned for heat and hot water, with a furnace and water heater on each level.The unit is not air-conditioned, so plan to utilize window, or rollaway units (not included).Tenant pays all utilities and must maintain the yard space, including sidewalk and gravel area out front.
