Pros: Close commute to downtown LA and Americana shopping mall. Remodeled restroom with glass shower door. Remodeled kitchen counter. Safe neighborhood. Cons: No kitchen exhaust. Nearby dumpster equals endless flies and small roaches. Slow building management response. Dingy back laundry and dry machines. Loud neighbor (small kid and original wood flooring). Very crowded street parking with narrow street. Difficult to back out of parking space (likely to scratch car). Upon moving out the building management will take a cleaning fee regardless if the unit is clean. Building management will do self maintenance instead of using professional services.
