Past tenant
Before I moved in and while I was viewing the place I asked if it had roaches or any type of bugs or anything and they told me no. After moving in, I realize that the whole building was infested with roaches they're even out in the hallway! There are a lot of meth heads and homeless people hanging around because it is directly next door to a soup kitchen. They are not quick with maintenance issues. I told them that they needed to replace the cracked toilet seat before I moved in and it never was fixed. It actually took them longer to fix up the place for me to move in then what they said it would take too.
