Everything is updated perfectly. Apartment rents for $950 and has 1175 square feet. We have approved prospects for the apartment pending move in but will put you on a wait list if interested in the event they cancel prior to move in. You can rent both or one or the other. Both are available and ready for you to come home after December 14th. If you rent both, the price is reduced to $2750.
