The bathroom area has a toilet, sink, and shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lots of storage for your toiletries. Other amenities include an iron for your clothes, closets for your belongings, and cleaning materials. A portable air conditioning unit is available in the living room with the power to cool most of the apartment, and a fan is available in the bedroom. There is a smart TV with YouTube TV providing hundreds of local and cable channels, and Netflix in the living room and bedroom. Starter supplies are provided of paper goods, cleaning, cooking items, and toiletries, and guests are responsible for additional supplies if the provided starter supplies run out. Onsite washing machine and dryer are available and are coin-operated. Free onsite parking is available for 1 vehicle in a parking lot directly in front of the building, and additional vehicles can utilize the free street parking available surrounding the building. Optional mid-stay cleanings are available throughout your stay for a discounted rate. Located in a lively residential area of Lakewood that is also near major streets, this apartment is in close proximity to downtown Denver, St. Anthony Hospital, and Lutheran Medical Center. It's a convenient 3-minute drive to the grocery store and a 7-minute walk to the light rail, which travels all along the Denver metro area. This complex has a zero-tolerance policy for parties. Strict rules are in place, and large groups are prohibited along with loud music. This space does not allow smoking of any kind.
