Property Ratings at 143-145 69th St
New owner has turned the building into low income housing cheap rent. But we live with mentally dysfunctional people whom need health aids.
Garden apartment complex with 14 units with 1,2, and 3 bedrooms in Hudson County, NJ with. Various parking spaces available, but limited to only a few units. Great proximity to NYC due to easy transportation access to cross the river. Yet, also offers an abundance of urban lifestyle options for entertainment. When I first moved into my apartment is was decent place to live. Low rent for a decent apartment (not too modern, but note dated either). However, the building was sold a few years ago and the result has brought in many low income residents that pose challenges for the previous existing residents. Thus, unfortunately it is not a peaceful or safe environment to live in. Also management is not very proactive to repairs/maintenance any of the apartments have pest, mildew, and unsealed cracks in windows/walls that need to be addressed immediately. I am just living here temporarily until I have enough savings to purchase a home.
