About This Property

Ready for Immeadiate move-in! Please read the entre ad before calling. 3 bedroom 2 bath. 2 story with half finished basement. approximately 1500 sq feet. 2 big bedrooms and a full bath on the top floor. Kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor. 3rd bedroom is in the basement. Washer/dryer hookups are in basement as well. Off street parking, but no garage. Brand new kitchen. All new flooring, Hickory cabinets and counters being installed now. No animals (dogs/cats) - no way, don't even ask. Max of 5 soles (without extra charges). Income requirement is 3 times the rent and must be verifiable via pay stubs. Base Rent and deposit are both $2000.00 $75/month/person extra rent for smoking (plus additional $250 deposit/per ). Trash paid, you pay everything else. Manager maintains the shared lawn, tenant picks up yard trash and shovels the snow. Bankruptcies or evictions within the last 2 years, or lack of 2 years of steady job and rental history will require last months rent up front as well. Outstanding collections may increase rent by up to $200/month. (10% of outstanding collection balance up to $200 total) Major credit card required. Lack of a major credit card adds $25/month to the rent. Contact me and I will email you the application and credit check forms. Showings are generally done any weekday afternoons between 4:00 and 5:00pm. Application fee is $45/per adult. Section 8, or any other subsidized base rent is $2150 and includes trash only.
