Positive rental references required for all applicants: Please provide names and phone numbers of each property manager for each address for the last three years. An Eviction action or an Unlawful Detainer action may be basis for rejection of your application. If no rental references are available within the last 3 years please provide the last known rental reference. Income verification required: Please provide verification of income the last 2 years. Discuss acceptable verifications with Owner Combined monthly income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Additional Important information: A serious criminal background or a court action related to housing may grounds for denial Judgements, Liens, Collection items and/or Garnishments may be grounds for denial Unverifiable information on the rental application may be grounds for denial.
