Second floor includes one small bedroom, one large bedroom, a full bath, and laundry room. Third floor has one large bedroom and a second full bath. Closets in each bedroom, plus an additional closet in the 3rd floor hallway and bathroom. Lots of storage space in the basement. Small yard lined with plant beds, which you’re welcome to use however you like. The house is right off of Frankford Ave, and within walking distance of lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, as well as Palmer Park and Penn Treaty. Permit parking on block. $2460/ month, includes water. Tenants pay gas, electric, and wifi. Reduced rent possible for someone who is willing and able to do small repairs around the house as needed. Please ask me about this if interested! Open to a max of two pets, may require an additional security deposit depending on the type/number of pets.
