This one bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed-An inviting sleeping porch/sunroom has Ocean views and holds 2 full size futons each can hold two younger children or one adult. The designated outdoor area for this unit will be in the front of the house. Owners will be installing by May a patio equipped with a picnic table and small grill -Hurry the weeks go fast
