This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment is located two blocks from Washington Park and is a walk-up with no elevator. This condo is designed for socializing, featuring a large open living area and a kitchen with a marble counter top bar that can comfortably seat a family. The living room contains plenty of comfortable seating with a midcentury theme. The bedroom offers privacy and a separate space to recharge, featuring a plush Tuft and Needle mattress. The master bathroom is spacious with designer fixtures and a bathroom skylight for natural light. All toiletries and normal amenities are provided. Free parking for 2 vehicles is available with a parking pass. Located within walking distance to Over the Rhine's best restaurants, bars, breweries, and Findlay Market. It's convenient to Cincy's major sports, theater, concert venues, convention center, museums, boutique shopping, bars, and restaurants. Washington Park is a great place to hang out, go to events, and enjoy drinks at the outdoor bar. Numerous breweries and distilleries are also within walking distance. Parties are strictly forbidden. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry without refund. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and flames are not allowed in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur a $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of your behavior at the property, you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
