The location is ideal, so you'll have everything you need within a few blocks from your front door. The NS Streetcar line runs right past the building, and you can walk to all the Pearl hot spots, like Andina, Brix Tavern, River Pig, Sisters Coffee, and much more. Grocery shopping is made easy with Safeway only a block away and New Seasons several blocks away. You'll also have access to Fields Park and tranquil Tanner Springs Park. Pet policy: Cats and dogs allowed Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises Tenant pays for electricity and internet. (Fiber internet options are available for a fee.)
