In 1978, it was sold to an industrial retailer - a pillow manufacturer - until Evergreen Northern LLC of Portland purchased the landmark in 1999. The living room, dining room, and bedroom are open but can be private with some strategically placed room dividers or furniture. The kitchen includes brand-new appliances! New stove, dishwasher, fridge, and built-in microwave! A second bedroom is also possible with your arrangement and portable room divers such as a panel folding screen, room screen, or hung curtains. Your unit includes one parking space; water, sewer, and trash services are included with your rent. Secure indoor parking and bike storage are available. There is an open-sky atrium in the center of the building accessible to all residents. It features a large water feature, landscaping and benches for reading or relaxing. MOVE-IN/OUT FEE Please note, there is a move fee assessed by the HOA. Moving times are restricted to 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Saturday. Regular move (4 Hours) Monday-Friday - $200 Saturday - $266 Holidays $350 Extra time beyond the 4 hours will be charged hourly. Moves must be scheduled in advance a minimum of ONE WEEK or an additional fee and a fine will be assessed and payable by the tenant(s).
