The second floor includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a private attached master bath with two vanities and a large walk-in shower. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower, tub, and vanity, and two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, both with flat-screen TVs and access to a shared porch. Pets under 25 pounds are allowed with a fee starting at $40 per pet per night, which increases based on hair or fur type. Safe and free parking is available for up to three cars. Located in the heart of downtown Southside Chattanooga, this home is steps away from the best restaurants and bars that the city has to offer. Southside Chattanooga is the best neighborhood for walking, fun, bars, and parks, and is only a short walk or quick shuttle to the larger downtown area. A couple of blocks away from Estate of Confusion, Bluebird Row, Stir, the Flying Squirrel, The Comedy Catch, Neidlovs Bakery, the famous Crash Pad, and the award-winning Flying Squirrel Bar. It's a great home base location for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, festivals, and other local events. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. No parking is available inside the garage. No persons are allowed on the property who are not accounted for in the reservation. No smoking anywhere on the property and no unauthorized parties are allowed, which will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 minimum fine. Quiet hours inside are after 10 PM and outside after 9 PM, with fines applicable for violations. Additional fines apply for leaving trash outdoors, tape marks on walls, confetti cleanup, glitter, smoking, littering, and smoke damage. A laptop computer is not included.
