This is a basement suite, and while efforts are made for a peaceful stay, some noise from potential upstairs tenants may be present. Guests are required to follow municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, with potential fees for improper disposal. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine for any migration of smoke or smell of smoke. No shoes are allowed inside.
