This suite features a cozy living room with a 58" Smart TV with Netflix, and a projector with an 80" screen. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner hot plate, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher with pods provided, coffee maker, and toaster. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided. A washer and dryer are also available. A high chair and pack n' play are available upon request. Free street parking is available all around. Enjoy easy highway access and convenient shopping and essentials nearby. Sobeys is a 5-minute drive, Walmart is a 10-minute drive, and Costco and Cross Iron Mall are a 17-minute drive away. This is a basement suite, and while efforts are made for a peaceful stay, some noise from potential upstairs tenants may be present. Guests are required to follow municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, with potential fees for improper disposal. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $250 CAD fine for any migration of smoke or smell of smoke. No shoes are allowed inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any fees or fines related to parking. Essential supplies are provided for the start of your stay, with additional replenishments available at an extra cost. Do not leave windows or doors open during winter to prevent pipes from freezing. Do not put food or debris down sinks. Be mindful of locking bathroom doors from the outside. Tampering with safety devices/equipment will result in warnings and potential eviction. Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences. No temporary or permanent fixtures are allowed, and do not tape or pin decorations to walls or furnishings. Guests will be charged $200 for a Banff Pass and $200 for a unit fob/key if not returned. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee. Alterations to dates, guests, or stay length are subject to host approval. For same-day reservations, standard check-in times are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
