You're also only three blocks from Pat's King of Steaks and Geno's, and a 24-hour CVS and a full supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM, both outside and inside. Conversations and TV/music should be kept at a respectful tone during these hours. Non-registered guests and visitors are strictly prohibited, and parties, small gatherings/get-togethers, events, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building/apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if these rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked/covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. Any stains, odors (from smoke or otherwise), or damages to the furniture/appliances will be the guest's responsibility. Guests are asked to wash their dishes before check-out. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. A late check-out fee of $200 will be applied. [SI]
