Enjoy plush seating, tasteful décor, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 8 for shared meals, and the spacious, open-concept living room offers ample seating. Access to the community pool is just steps away. This townhome is minutes from campus, Kyle Field, Veterans Park, C&J’s Barbeque, and Downtown Bryan. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the property, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge. If the guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way, and failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
