As you enter the foyer, a few steps lead you to the upper level where the kitchen, built-in dining area, living room with a pull-out sofa, TV, working fireplace, bar area, half bathroom, and a covered deck with outdoor dining for six are located. The deck also features a gas grill. Each bedroom offers a TV and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring everyone enjoys their own private space. The primary bedroom boasts a California King bed and an en-suite covered balcony, while the second bedroom features a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The third bedroom, located on the lower level, includes two twin beds and offers complete privacy. A washer and dryer are available on the second floor, and the kitchen is equipped with all essential cookware. Linens, towels, and an initial supply of K-cups, toilet paper, and travel-size toiletries are provided. Baby amenities such as a tub, Pack and Play, and highchair are available in the master bedroom closet. Parking is free and available on the street directly in front of the house. There is an additional $300 fee for guests wanting to book the property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided prior to the shoot date. East Nashville is an eccentric area embraced by artists and musicians who have cultivated a creative and laid-back community. Experience the many unique bars and restaurants in the area before heading to the bustling downtown Nashville. Walking from East Nashville to other parts of Nashville is not recommended, but a 1.5-mile walk to downtown is possible. Alternatively, Uber or Lyft offers a convenient and affordable option. The property is located 1.5 miles from Downtown Nashville/Broadway, 0.5 miles from Shoppes On Fatherland, and within a short drive to other major attractions such as Music City Center, Nissan Titan's Stadium, and BNA Nashville Airport. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy for using the property as a 'home base' for parties or visitors to come and go. Exterior cameras are in place to verify who is entering the home. Exceeding the confirmed guest count will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to the house rules, which include these terms. While staying, ensure all doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. This is a home, not just a rental, and guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors. No parties are allowed, and low-key gatherings must be cleaned up after, with no decorations on walls and absolutely no glitter or confetti.
