All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Located on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is just steps from the Q subway station, Central Park, and the Guggenheim Museum. Immerse yourself in a shopper's paradise with renowned designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. A Starbucks coffee shop is conveniently located across the street from the building. Whole Foods Market and Amazon Hub are within walking distance, ensuring easy access to fresh produce and other essentials. The 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus are also within walking distance.
