The property surroundings, both north and west of our property, have recently started city-approved architectural and engineering construction work, therefore, varying degrees of noise and/or vibration may be experienced in the building. This will last several months. After 10:00 pm it’s quiet time; noise levels should be kept down both inside and outside the suite, including hallways and common spaces. Music or TV should also be kept at a considerate volume level. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the suite or on the balcony; guests must go outside and be 200 feet away from the building to smoke. The minimum fine for smoking is $500. Parties and events are not allowed. Guests may not host parties or events inside the suite at any time. There can be no more than 2 additional people inside the suite regardless of association. Guests may not host business events or organize any form of client meetings inside the suite at any time. If an unauthorized pet has been in the rental unit during the stay, guests shall pay a $500 penalty fee, in addition to any and all fees assessed by the rental unit community. The unauthorized entry and stay with a pet may result in eviction if the breed is not allowed onsite. For lost keys and fob, there is a standard replacement fee of $75 for every lost key/fob set.
