The main level also boasts a full kitchen with a new double oven and gas cooktop. Tons of windows and natural light shine into the kitchen, making cooking an enjoyable experience. Sliding glass doors open to a patio. A giant formal dining room with two large tables can accommodate the most sizable families. The main level bedroom is the king-size master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. Ascending the gorgeous staircase to the home's upper level, guests will enjoy two generously sized bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. In the home's lower level, you'll find ample room for entertaining and another full bathroom. Sleeping options are abundant, with two more bedrooms and a small seating area with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a sofa. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Located in Midtown Columbus, this home is perfectly situated to explore 18 different historic neighborhoods! Enjoy coffee at Midtown Coffee (a local favorite) just a half-mile away! A 5-minute drive will take you to family friendly Lake Bottom Park, the Coca-Cola Space Science Center, and the National Civil War Museum. Fort Moore is a quick 20-minute drive with easy access to the highway. The roof and one upstairs king bedroom are under maintenance. The rest of the house is available, but this bedroom is closed to guests. This home usually sleeps 19, but can now accommodate 17. Repairs will be finished as soon as permits are finalized. Fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Smoking is prohibited. If there are any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. To be courteous to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and the neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled; guests will be required to leave the property immediately and will not be eligible for any refunds.
