Fort Moore is a quick 20-minute drive with easy access to the highway. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a 26-foot high wood-vaulted ceiling, stone walls, a winding staircase, and ornate details. The main level features an open living room with two oversized sectionals and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku. The main level also boasts a full kitchen with a brand new double oven and gas cooktop. Tons of windows and natural light shine into the kitchen, making cooking an enjoyable experience. Sliding glass doors open to a patio. A giant formal dining room with two large tables can accommodate the most sizable families. The main level bedroom is the king bed master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. Ascending the gorgeous staircase to the home's upper level, guests will enjoy two generously sized bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. On the lower level, you'll find ample room for entertaining and another full bathroom. Sleeping options are abundant, with two more bedrooms and a small seating area with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a sleeper sofa. The walk-out basement provides guests access to a fantastic yard with mature trees and landscaping, which give a sense of privacy. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Located in Midtown Columbus, this home is perfectly situated to explore 18 different historic neighborhoods. With easy access to the highway and within 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, and more, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. While driving is recommended, Uber and Lyft are readily available. The carport can fit up to two cars and an additional three can fit in the driveway. The roof and one upstairs king bedroom are under maintenance, so this bedroom is closed to guests. The home usually sleeps 19, but can now accommodate 17. Due to liability reasons, fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use. This home does have a steep staircase that may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility issues. There are also two upper-level balconies to consider if you're bringing small children. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund. Guests must abide by all rules posted on the premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury, or death. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.
