If a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Smoking is prohibited. If there are any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. To be courteous to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and the neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled; guests will be required to leave the property immediately and will not be eligible for any refunds.
