1407 on Michigan

Honestly was a great first place to live as a transplant, quiet community, close to so much like Grant Park and the Beach and Huntington Pavilion and Soldier field. The perfect introduction to Chicago living. I always wanted a high rise experience and got that living on the 14th floor. The community was friendly and staff was very kind and respectful. I didn't feel like just a means to fill vacancy, they treated me like a human. The events were cute and thought out and provided opportunitiesto know your neighbors. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, never did I need to wait a whole day for something to get fixed. If I was not trying to save more money and live someplace between my work and my partner's then I would be staying longer. Thank you for giving me a place to call home. ??

Front desk is very friendly, leasing agent is extremely helpful. And it smells great! Amenities are nice as well, love the full size gym and sauna.

Very good so far!! The only flaw is that the Tesla charger still hasn't been installed in the garage. Other than that, love the environment, other residents are super friendly, and I love the neighborhood.

The moving was great, everyone was so helpful, I had a problem that I didn’t know how to solve it, but they were really comprehensive and helped me all the way, at first I felt a little bit weird to be in a new place, but again everyone is being really nice, staff, security and managers

Move in experience went smooth. Javier was very easy to work with. However, several appliances had issues and lighting not working when we arrived.

Living in this apartment has been a truly positive experience for me. The space is not only comfortable and well-maintained, but it also has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. I really appreciate the peaceful environment, the natural light, and the thoughtful layout. Everything I need is conveniently nearby, and I genuinely enjoy coming back here every day. It’s a place where I can relax, focus, and feel completely at ease

Maintenance always comes quickly for anything that is wrong, love the building team! The amenities are always clean and smell good. I can’t hear out her tenants in my apartment.

I love living in this building. Our new property management company is lovely. The ultimate luxury mid-rise experience in South Loop! I would prefer if the social room had longer open hours though.

Living at 1407 S Michigan Ave has been an exceptional experience, thanks largely to the outstanding new management team. They’ve truly gone above and beyond to enhance every aspect of the building. The recent improvements are noticeable and appreciated—from the carpets to the windows and overall cleanliness. The pool area is meticulously maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax, and the upgraded grills have made summer BBQs even better. Elevator maintenance is top-notch and the addition of a new TV station in the lobby has added a nice touch to the common areas. One of the standout features is the new concierge service, which has been a game-changer for convenience. On top of that, the management has introduced a fantastic resident app that is not only functional but packed with perks that make daily living easier and more enjoyable. Overall, the new management has transformed 1407 S Michigan Ave into a modern, well-maintained, and community-focused place to live.

10/10 recommend for the downtown feel but quieter area. I love this location . Concierge team is amazing as well, Robert was super helpful during my move in!

I love 1407 on Michigan! The staff and the amenities are excellent. The area is very quiet but yet very close to all the fun stuff in the downtown area.

Everyone here are very nice and friendly. The building is always clean. Very pleased so far.i loved the fact that they’ve been upgrading and making sure that the tenants can enjoy the amenities for the summer.

The staff are very sweet and attentive here. When you enter the building they greet you. If you have any maintenance request they are right on it. I would highly recommend living here.

1407 is a GREAT place to live. The community has beautiful amenities and in the idea neighborhood. The building is close to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and a park.

The neighborhood is great close to down town and public transportation. The staff is nice, The amenities are nice and well maintained. In the units the features are updated.

Rented an apartment for a year and it was a decent place to live, however, we have never gotten our $500 deposit back from moving in. They sent me an expired check and refuse to answer my calls. Tried to call the onsite manager as well as corporate offices. Very frustrating!!!

There is absolutely no better deal in this area. The building and the staff are both extremely welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living here for over a year and I absolutely love it. Besides being in a great location, the people here are awesome. There’s a real sense of community. The gym is also the best in the city.
