Everything is perfect. The room view is breathtaking. Inside is new and clean. The building is very quiet at bed time. It’s pet friendly and my cat loves it from day 1.
Rooms and amenities are nice, elevators never work and sometimes you are stuck waiting for 5-6 minutes as they go up and down the building. Would moderately recommend.
I love my apartment & appreciate the safe community feel. The apartment seems well managed and rooms feel clean! It's hard to believe someone lived in my apartment before me.
the amenities are amazing & my apartment is so nice. i had lots of questions and management always answered no matter what. the maintenance requests were super easy
Move in was great and easy! The staff is great and very helpful. Highly recommend this building. The elevators are broken but they are on top of fixing it right away.
Good lighting with lots of natural light. Friendly neighbors. However, there are plumbing and electrical issues. Power outages and a leaking faucet that is taking over a week to fix.
I enjoy living in 1405 Point, but I do feel that the rent is constantly increasing while the quality of the service provided to residents keeps decreasing. For the past year there have been many staff changes regarding management, the communication with residents has been poor, and problems with the elevator and hot water have gotten worse. I miss how this community used to be when I first moved in.
Just moved in management very responsive, everything went smoothly . So far apartment looks clean spacious. Have not had the chance to use amenities yet but

It’s honestly a pretty good place to live. The water goes out a bit more often than I’d like and the elevator is similarly down sometimes, but I think that’s occasionally a part of apartment life.
Very unhappy with the communication from the office about general issues and about emergencies. When alarms are triggered, there is little/no information and security seems to be just as surprised, like a chicken without its head. Additionally, this building has many maintenance problems. Frequently broken plumbing and elevators, in addition to the constant construction in the area as two new buildings are being built. Would not come back here.
Been going through lots of maintenance issues. At least the management team aware of the issues and working on it, but the inconvenience during the repairs is alot
Beautiful apartment, some wear and tear when we moved in (dryer is terribly squeaky to the point where we try not to wash clothes often) elevators and water have been on and off out
Absolutely love this building. Not only are the facilities so nice, but the people are so nice too. The view is absolutely stunning overlooking the harbor!
I've lived here for a few years, and overall it's been mostly great. But I'm starting to think there's been a serious level of neglect related to the integrity of the building. Here's why: At least one elevator breaks down on about a quarterly basis. The entire lower level flooded recently, leaving the entire community without water for about a day, and without hot water for a few days. And no elevators in service for the same amount of time. I've also seen buckets collecting water in the lobby preceding this massive flood. Makes you wonder. Also not too long ago, we had one working elevator for months. The emergency alarm also seems to go off an inordinate amount, and there's no communication on what happened in the building to cause it. Very unsettling. The doors for all entrances to all entrances are known to not close on their own, which is a massive safety issue. For city living in Baltimore, it's still probably one of the better living situations overall.
It’s been a rough week… waking up in the middle of the night with a blaring alarm for 20 minutes straight, which then stopped with no explanation. Not having any water for 2 1/2 days. Having to walk up and down 15 floors because the elevators were out. It’s probably not a good time to ask me for this review!
I still think 1405 point is great apartment in the inner harbor area. One complaint that I have is that a false alarm in 3 AM. During this time, I wish to have the alarm that is really serious.
Beautiful building and views! The neighborhood is really and nice to walk around. Very clean and lots of different floor plans to choose from!
My experience at 1405 Point has been great for 2 years! The amenities are extremely well maintained. The trash room has always been clean and the hallways frequently vacuumed. I love the building and the location. The staffs are awesome and I am sad to move out of this place this year due to relocation.

One of the nicest places in Baltimore. The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious. The views are incredible. With nice spots nearby for a drink, coffee, or food. Near many bus stops making the transportation super easy.
The staff is extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. They have quickly addressed any concerns I brought to their attention. I know they have no control over the construction happening next-door, but it is noisy. However, I have this great space and this killer view and tons of awesome amenities! I’m very happy about that.

Overall things are well but a number of frustrating developments have occurred. An elevator has been out of order for 2 months, and there's no sign of soon repair nor any sign that staff are trying to expedite repairs. Also, cold water takes FOREVER to heat, which is awful as winter starts.

Good amenities and location for Fells point. Safe area as well. Wish the weather parking wasn’t so expensive but the parking is handled by another company so I’ll still give it 5 stars. Maintenance is quick to respond.
The management team has made my move to Baltimore very fast and easy. The amenities in this building are outstanding with onsite parking, pool, roof top view, and the gym.

Awesome community and awesome staff. Everything is clean and the maintained. The maintenance crew are always on top of any issue. The front office staff are welcoming as well and always around and helpful. The mail room is also always organized.
