Backyard and patio are considered to be a common/shared area. - Owner takes care of the yard, which means less work for you! - Fixed utility fee of $200 per month, which includes broadband internet (owner pays about $400 per month for all utilities). However, in the name our our loved furry friends, I'm willing to give it another try with the following policy: 1) $800 pet deposit. 2) Max of two small pets. 3) $75 more per month per pet (higher wear and tear). 4) Pets must be house broken and vaccinated (owners who don't vaccinate their pets don't know how to care for them). 5) Tenant must install a dog door, which can be taken with the tenant once he/she moves out.
