An assigned parking spot is not included, but there's very rarely an issue finding street parking on the Fillmore street block. Tenant will pay for electricity, and cable/internet. Water, trash, & heat are covered by the owner. We will never charge a lease administration fee to our tenants, and we have zero "mandatory fees" tacked on to your base rental rate. Your financial responsibility as a Tenant remains only to pay your deposits, rent and utilities on time (electricity and cable/internet). Trash collection fee, water fee, along with exterior and shared spaces maintenance is not the tenants responsibility.
