About 140 Sumac St Philadelphia, PA 19128

12 Month Lease, $400 deposit, Available Now

This is a great 2 bedroom located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old Victorian building. The second bedroom is smaller than the first and is often used as an office. This has a great feature in that the kitchen is separated from the breakfast nook and offers a quaint area for dining. The bathroom and the kitchen have been completely replaced with new floors, walls and fixtures and cabinets. There is also a brand new deck outside of the kitchen area which offers a nice get away from being inside. Hardwood flooring throughout and high ceilings make this a very spacious unit. You are one block from the Wissahickon train station, and also one block from the park. Have a car? Parking is never a problem right out front. Owner pays heat and water. Tenant pays electric and gas.

This is a 2 car garage with a 3rd bay set up as a work area. There is electric and lighting in the garages. Two garage doors that open and one that is sealed closed. This space is not able to be used to operate a business. It is available now for a 1 year lease to start. This does not have 2 bedrooms nor a half bath as it says in the description. I have to put something in in order to post. Sorry

City - Philadelphia

Philadelphia sits at the center of American history and still carries that weight with quiet confidence — it's the city where the Declaration of Independence was signed, and today those same streets anchor neighborhoods full of energy and purpose. As Pennsylvania's largest city and the sixth most populous in the country, Philly draws renters with a broad economy spanning healthcare, financial services, biotechnology, and information technology, plus a university presence that includes the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, Temple, and several other institutions spread across the city.

Neighborhoods here range considerably in character. Old City offers cobblestone streets alongside contemporary gallery spaces, Fishtown pulses with creative industries and converted-warehouse architecture, Rittenhouse Square delivers manicured parks and polished streets, and Manayunk brings a hillside village feel within city limits.
