Adore the maintenance staff!! There tends to be often need for fixes here and there, but overall good place. Wish people that lived here interacted more, but the quite is nice.

Fix parking. get people stuff out of the parking lot. No reason for trash bags full of peoples belongings to be sitting out there like that.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The management is super responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. The apartment itself feels much more like a home compared to typical student housing—it’s smaller, quieter, and more comfortable. It’s been a great place to live!

Never had any issues. The gym here is really awesome to go and get a quick workout before class. Everyone working here is super nice and friendly and overall this is a great place to live.

It’s nice living here. Great start for independence. Been living the amenities and everything. One thing I’d home is for roommates to be more open so everyone could feel comfortable and friendly. Also the BOB doesn’t come here so if you don’t have a car, prepare to either walk or ride a bike but other than that, we’re good.

I like the atmosphere of the apartment, however i will say i feel like management could be a lot better. I will say my favorite amenity is the study rooms.
