It is a decent apartment complex for students. It can be loud at night, and the gym is relatively small compared to other complexes. Treadmills are always broken.

It’s just been an overall great experience! The staff is nice and overall very helpful and maintenance does a good job when there’s something that needs to be done

Very homey and comfortable space to live in. They have fun events year round and try their best to keep their residents happy. The noise level gets kind of loud at night but it’s nothing too crazy.

This is truly the best student living apartment at UNT. Maintenance is always fast and front desk staff are so helpful! The apartment has holiday parties and awesome events that is engaging to renters.

I absolutely love the staff here they’re always so kind, approachable, and incredibly helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

Great floor plan with lots of space on the first floor. Short drive from campus and leasing office staff is phenomenal. Residents only get a parking code for one guest each, but there is usually enough street parking for this to not be an issue.

14 Fifty-One is the BEST student living apartments in Denton, Texas! Mr. Day and his staff are super kind and efficient. Plus, the establishment is beautiful, creating a welcoming space for all.

I love this apartment complex! It was my first apartment away from my mom and it truly is one of the nicest places I’ve ever lived. The staff is super nice and they fix problems super quick!

I have really enjoyed living at 14Fifty-One because of all the experiences they offer. The pool is so relaxing and the gym is never busy when I go in! Overall the environment of the complex is exactly what I want!

Love it here! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The gym is really clean and updated as well

Pretty good apartment, pretty good amenities. 24 hour cyber lab and gym. Most of the electronic gym equipment does not work but everything else is pretty solid. Pool closed a LOT. Maintenance takes a while to come help but overall okay apartments.

I’ve enjoyed my time being here and everyone has been super helpful and friendly during my experience. I will be renewing every year and I love the events they host for us.

So far this is my second year here and it’s been very peaceful I don’t really worry too much about people stealing packages as long as you’re vigilant. I love my space and the amenities they have.

Very nice living here very spacious. Pool is nice when it’s hot outside. And the people in the office are always so nice and have a warm smile when you come in.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I love the environment. The staff and neighborhood is also nice! This is definitely a place to consider living :)

The community is great very pet friendly there are a few maintenance issues but they are great there also a lot of community events along the year

1451 was a great place to stay at while i was in college ! it had good bedroom space and great closet space! i loved that that it felt like a home away from home!

Great place to live! Maintenance is quick, leasing office staff are knowledgeable and attentive, property is well maintained. They’re VERY strict on guest parking so be careful!!!

I would say that living here has been a smooth ride, but of course, like any other apartment complex there are bound to be problems. During my first year of living here, I felt as if I barely interacted with the office and my community, but they are now hosting more events and being active. I do know quite a bit of people who have had many problems with the complex. Last thing I would say that the rent keeps rising and it is unpleasant.

Very nice place to live! I love the town house style and how I can have a separate living and dining room from my bedroom. Very nice staff and friendly environment

Very little not to like about 1451. They do a great job and have great units for the price. My only complaints are nit picky issues with my unit in particular

Friendly staff, reasonable rates, no problems moving in. Maintenance is fast and reliable. The only problem I’ve had has been a bug problem, but maintenance quickly fixed it and I haven’t seen anything since.

Whenever something is wrong it gets done in a timely manner. Leasing office workers are amazing they are always willing to help out in any way shape or form.

Living at 1451 is great! The staff is so kind and helpful with any issue. The homes are large and spacious. People in the community are great

1451 is a great place to live! I love the community, the staff, and the building. Everyone is so kind here. It is spacious and well maintained. I love the huge kitchen.

I've really enjoyed living here for the past two years! The amenities are super nice and I enjoy the community as well. The only things I would change are just safety concerns (which have more to do with the area than the apartment complex itself.) Otherwise, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and I never have to worry about not hearing back from the office if I need anything.

I love living at 1451! It is safe, lovely, and overall has a great vibe. It is close to the colleges, but not so close that there is excessive noise.

I get a lot for the price I pay for. Maintenance is amazing. I just wish we had more access to the pool. Staff is also very helpful . The complex is very neat and clean.

When I stayed at 1451 I had a fantastic time. I really had chill roommates. Maintenance was pretty quick at fixing issues honestly. The office staff was really nice. I don't really have too many issues. Now when it comes to towing. I do not know and honestly, I don't think they are in charge of this too much because, at my new apartment, I see tow trucks picking people up super quick. Tell your friends and visitors to register their vehicles. If you are at any apartment complex in Denton register your car. They will tow anything with four wheels. I had my vehicle registered here and they still towed it but I got it back without any issues. Nice apartment 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been here for a year and a half and so far it’s been great. The location is in a great place with lots of amenities and a bus stop that takes you to UNT just across the street: The staff is super friendly and helpful and maintenance responds quickly and has fixed all of my issues in less than a day.

Community is great. Great location and customer service. Nice apartments and spacious. Trash compactor is easy and amenities are great too. Great place to live.

Generally it’s great. But when it’s not, you really feel it. Of course they pull you in by saying how long it’s been since they’ve raised rent and then turn around to raise it every single year. When you need something from administration be prepared to talk to rude people whose least favorite thing to do is help you. Maintenance is okay. They sometimes fix things perfectly and sometimes just don’t do anything, they’ll also just barge into your unit AND room with little warning which feels intrusive. Not the best but certainly not the worst.

This apartment complex has very kind and receptive workers and very nice living space! I've enjoyed living here for almost one and half years, and any issues I ever had were quickly resolved.

I have lived at 1451 for two year snow, and I love it here! The staff is great, the area is awesome and the living situation is spacious. Overall, it is warm, welcoming, and great.

It has been good. I really like having my own bathroom and bedroom, but the furniture is peeling and has been before moving in. But overall a good experience
