In lieu of paying the traditional security deposit amounts listed above, you may pay a monthly fee. The fee will be determined by our third party affiliate that administers the product. This fee does not exclude you from being obligated at the conclusion of your lease for any damages or charges that have been incurred. End of Lease Agreement and Tenant Move Out: After ForeFront Property Management conducts a final move out inspection, any damage to the home (above normal fair wear and tear) will be the responsibility of the resident.
