About This Home
Relax and unwind at this private villa centrally located on a quiet street near both the Seabrook Island Club and the private beach. This top-floor villa is a relaxing coastal oasis. Guests enter into the living area, abundant with natural light, comfy seating, and a large-screen TV. Off the living area is a private balcony, a favorite spot for morning coffee. The living area opens to a dining table and updated galley kitchen, all decorated in a neutral palette of colors that embody coastal living. A full bathroom on this floor offers guests a shower, vanity, and toilet. With garden views, the master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, large-screen TV, and closet. The guest room, finished with shiplap, offers three twin beds and a TV. Down the hall, a bathroom offers a vanity and shower and tub combo. A stackable washer and dryer offer guests the convenience of doing laundry right within the villa. The home is meticulously maintained and includes preventive maintenance contracts to ensure proper function on all the working components of the home. Included in this stay, for the convenience of guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included, although towel service is available at the Beach Club. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club seasonally, dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. The cards are $50 per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Without club amenity cards, guests still have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and indoor pool is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident. No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is not a party property. While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, assistance with the check-in process is available as needed. Our team provides self-check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

Johns Island sits on the South Carolina state line just south of the Charleston peninsula and is bordered to the north by the Stono and Wadmalaw Rivers. As the largest island in South Carolina, Johns Island encompasses an array of island living options and popular Lowcountry destinations. Upscale, modern apartment complexes and historic single-family homes can be found closer to the north of the island near Charleston.
The southern reaches of the island don’t lend themselves very well to large-scale residential development because of the surrounding marshland. However, the marshland is what makes Johns Island a hotspot for seafood and Lowcountry cuisine in general. Boating and fishing are wildly popular on the island, and many residents enjoy waterway access from their very own homes. The Angel Oak Tree is a popular tourist hotspot. The 60-foot-tall oak has a massive canopy that evokes the classic look of Lowcountry living.
