About This Property

This private creekside cabin is fully furnished and designed to be your home away from home whether you are on vacation or need temporary housing for your business assignment in the area. This is a short-term rental only. **Please book us on Airbnb: Private Creekside Cabin in Orchard City, CO.** We no longer offer rentals via lease agreement. ** Weekly and Monthly Discounts are built-in to our listing at Airbnb.com/h/PrivateCreeksideCabin. We are 20 minutes from Delta, 7 minutes from Cedaredge, 1 hour from Grand Junction, and 45 minutes from Montrose. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING/VAPING PROPERTY. No Pets or Drugs Allowed. We are on one acre; the property backs up to Surface Creek which has a hill on the other side. One side meets a cow pasture and the other shows off the neighbor's old car collection and his house is on the far side of his two-acre property (lots of privacy). The cabin is a late 1800s log carriage house that has been renovated to a guest house with high-end upgrades. It's 450 square feet and has a queen size bed, a futon, a loft with a full size bed, a small desk, kitchenette with dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and a larger mini-fridge. There is a full bathroom and extra storage. You will be expected to keep the cabin clean during your stay. We will switch out your linens (bedding and towels) once a week; we will coordinate this with you during your arrival. If you wish to hire a housekeeper, we have trusted staff available for $60/visit; they will clean the entire cabin, take out trash and recyclables, and provide fresh bedding and towels. Please contact us via email for availability and house rules. This cabin is located on the owner's property, behind the main house. We have a dog that stays in her own area outside during the day, an outdoor cat, a rabbit, a small rooster, and will soon have chickens for fresh eggs.
