With quick access to the highway, guests can easily reach Downtown Atlanta in just 30 minutes. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. No smoking is allowed inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. The property has a maximum capacity of 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed overnight. A pet-free policy is in place unless prior authorization is given.
