Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for a party of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. This is a pet-free rental. However, small pets less than 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Guests must ensure they have a crime-free record and will not carry any weapons to the property. The property reserves the right to conduct a background check if deemed necessary. The outside front and back around the house are equipped with cameras that are actively on 24/7 for added security while not intruding into guest privacy inside the home. Guests are required to follow all community guidelines listed inside or on the property. Please leave all doors to the exterior closed at all times to prevent unwelcomed pests from entering the home. The house receives quarterly regular pest control treatment; however, insects and pests are inevitably present in the Georgia southern climate. The owner cannot guarantee the total absence of insects or pests, and action will only be taken when deemed necessary by the management company. If any house rules are violated during your stay, the reservation may be canceled immediately, with immediate removal of all guests and no refund issued as a result.
