High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer, and dryer make it ideal for both short-term and long-term stays. Enjoy a private patio or balcony with relaxing lake views. A pack ’n Play and booster seat are available upon request. Conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, and shops, this apartment is near parks and walking trails for outdoor activities. It has easy access to Tampa and Clearwater for day trips. The apartment is approximately 20 minutes by car from Tampa International Airport. Nearby attractions include Cypress Forest (8 minutes), Grand Harvest Buffet (10 minutes), HorsePower & Animal Sanctuary (11 minutes), Craft Street Kitchen (5 minutes), Downtown Palm Harbor (14 minutes), ZooTampa (35 minutes), Clearwater Marine Aquarium (35 minutes), Crystal Beach (20 minutes), and Tampa Bay Downs Horse Racing (11 minutes). There is a key in the drawer for the pool by the TV that is not to be lost. If lost, you will be charged for the replacement. At the end of your stay, you are required to send a picture of it back in the same place that you got it. There is a UV shade for the back patio that should not be used, as it is broken and can't be put back in place without a service call. If it is left down, the screen for the patio can get punctured.
