This elegant suite features three bedrooms, including two with king beds and one with a queen bed, plus a cozy daybed in the living area. The interior is designed for relaxed gatherings and entertainment, with expansive living rooms featuring smart TVs and a fireplace. A full gourmet kitchen is available for your culinary needs, and a foosball table and board games provide entertainment. Exclusive access to the backyard pool and hot tub is provided. The spa heating can be accommodated for an extra $100 per day, and the pool can be heated from October 1st to May 26th for an additional $250, weather permitting. A crib is available upon request. Guests have free access to the trampoline, with a limit of two people at a time, and children under 8 require adult supervision. Nestled in Milton, a discerning community in North Fulton, this retreat offers both privacy and access. The area is tranquil and family-friendly, ideal for unwinding without straying far from upscale amenities. It's just 6 miles to Downtown Alpharetta & Avalon, and minutes from Milton attractions. Explore charming streets, local boutiques, vibrant dining scenes, and nearby outdoor recreational spots like Big Creek Greenway. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, with designated outdoor areas available. A $350 fine will be applied for violations. Large group events or parties with more than 8 people are not permitted and will incur a $500 fine. Indoor gatherings or parties are allowed until 6 pm for no more than 7 people. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the premises are left unclean after a house party. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay. All stays longer than 14 days will require a mandatory cleaning every two weeks, with a 48-hour notice provided by the cleaning staff. Children less than 10 years old are not allowed in the pool without a supervising adult. Adults and children older than 10 can use the pool without supervision only if they know how to swim. Children less than 8 years old are not allowed on the trampoline without a supervising adult. No partying and drinking alcohol around the pool area. Music can be played outside but not loud enough to disturb neighbors. The minimum age to reserve the home is twenty-five years old. Verification of identification and payment method via the guest portal is required to finalize each booking request. Includes a smart TV in the master bedroom. The spa heating can be accommodated for an extra $100/day. Pool can also be heated from October 1st - May 26th, for an extra $250. ( if weather permits) no swimming/spa allowed if inclement weather.
