The entrance to the studio is up a flight of stairs, on the second floor, and the apartment itself contains an upstairs loft (the 3rd floor of the house). There is a private balcony/porch, through which you enter. The main floor of the studio is open floor plan, with a petite yet full kitchen. The upstairs loft is like a cozy nook/yoga & stretching/hangout/movie-watching space. The bathroom is on the main floor and it is a good size. The studio gets nice light, has unique angles, and is really a one-of-a-kind space. It’s a perfect spot for the right person. It comes furnished and decorated (unless specific arrangements are made, you bring your own bedding & towels), but if you’d like to bring your own artwork and change things up, that is totally OK. $1550 monthly includes all utilities.
