Large windows provide natural light, and the modern bathroom includes essential amenities. Enjoy the private deck with expansive mountain views and outdoor seating for stargazing and wildlife watching. Parking is available at the end of Alice Road or at the cabin, with the driveway accommodating up to 4 cars. Baby items are available upon request at least 48 hours before arrival and may carry a small service fee. Located in the heart of Idaho Springs, this retreat is a short drive from St. Mary's Glacier (15 min), Echo Mountain Ski Area (30 min), downtown Idaho Springs (20 min), Indian Hot Springs (20 min), and Mount Evans Scenic Byway (45 min). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. It is advisable to have a 4-wheel drive car and be equipped. All additional guests must be disclosed to the host in advance. Please comply with local laws and regulations, including the strict prohibition of illegal substances on the property. As the home is located in a residential neighborhood, we appreciate your cooperation in respecting our neighbors and maintaining a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere during your stay. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking or vaping inside or on balconies. Pets are only allowed with prior approval with a fee of $50 per pet, per stay; unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fee. Extra or unregistered guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per day. Late checkout (after 15 minutes) will incur a fee of $55 per hour. A lost key, fob, or parking pass will incur a fee of $200. An unauthorized event will incur a fee of $500, and an unauthorized wedding or filming will incur a fee of $2,000. [SI]
