Leasing requirements: - Credit score of 600 - Confirmed household income of $6,900/month; co-signers must demonstrate a monthly income or $11,500/month - Passing a criminal and credit background check - No evictions - Good previous property owner reports - Deposit-to-hold payment within 24 hours of lease offer We run a background/criminal/credit and income verification check through a protected site called RentPrep. This requires critical information such as drivers' license, SSN, and employer's contact information. This information is required and is not negotiable. Every adult will be screened at a cost of around $60 per adult. Note: we will let you know if another person has applied and paid the screening fee prior to you, as anyone who meets minimum screening criteria and have confirmed details via the formal background check will be offered a lease. We will not accept an application fee if another person has been offered a lease.
